Montana First Nation

The Montana first nation is focused on providing opportunities for education, economic development, and sustainable living for its members, while maintaining a strong connection to their land and cultural heritage.

The Montana First Nation is one of the four bands of the Maskwacis community, located in central Alberta, Canada. This First Nation is part of the Cree Nation, and its people are known as plains Cree. They govern their own affairs with respect to culture, language, and traditions, while also participating in the modern economy.
